1. Do I need a GP referral to see a chiropractor? No — you can book directly with us. Simply choose a time that suits you, or call if you’d prefer to speak first.

2. What’s included in my first visit (£65)? Your first appointment includes a full consultation, orthopaedic and neurological testing, a movement and posture assessment, your first chiropractic treatment (if appropriate), and a plan to support your recovery.

3. How much are follow-up treatments? Follow-up treatments are £38 and are designed to build on your progress and support long-term improvement.

4. How do I book an appointment? You can book online through our secure Jane App system, or call us directly if you’d like help setting up your account or prefer to speak to a clinician first.

5. What should I wear to my appointment? Wear something comfortable that allows free movement, such as gym or casual clothing.

6. How many sessions will I need? Every person is different. After your initial assessment, your chiropractor will recommend a personalised plan based on your goals and response to care.

7. Do you see babies and children? Yes — we see patients of all ages. Our techniques are always adapted to best support babies, teens, adults, and the older generation safely and gently.
